Currently, it is assumed by most insiders and observers that an Actos MDL will take place; however, a crucial question is where just an MDL will be centered. Some locations are more favorable for the defendant and some are more favorable for the plaintiffs.So far, as many as 1,000 Actos bladder cancer lawsuits will likely be consolidated if the MDL does indeed take place.
