В «кремлевский список» США вошли 210 «приближенных Путина»
114 российских политиков и 96 бизнесменов
Министерство финансов США обнародовало так называемый кремлевский доклад — документ о чиновниках и бизнесменах, близких к президенту России Владимиру Путину. Всего в списке 210 имен: 96 бизнесменов, имеющих состояние более $1 млрд, и 114 политиков.
Среди тех, кто оказался в части «кремлевского доклада», посвященной российским государственным деятелям — премьер-министр Дмитрий Медведев, первый вице-премьер Игорь Шувалов, вице-премьер Дмитрий Козак, вице-премьер Аркадий Дворкович, пресс-секретарь президента Дмитрий Песков, глава администрации Кремля Антон Вайно, председатель Совета федерации Валентина Матвиенко, помощник президента Владислав Сурков, спикер Госдумы Вячеслав Володин, директор Службы внешней разведки Сергей Нарышкин, глава ФСБ Александр Бортников, глава Сбербанка Герман Греф, глава ВТБ Андрей Костин, глава «Роснефти» Игорь Сечин.
В часть, посвященную бизнесменам, вошли Алишер Усманов, Роман Абрамович, Сулейман Керимов, Аркадий и Борис Ротенберги, Геннадий Тимченко, Леонид Михельсон, Олег Дерипаска, Юрий Мильнер.
Кроме того, в «кремлевском докладе» указан список предприятий, которые имеют долю государства более 25% и выручку более $2 млрд.
В документе также говорится, что в секретной части «кремлевского доклада» могут быть имена, не включенные в несекретную часть. Эти люди «могут занимать должности ниже тех, кто включен в опубликованную часть доклада, или иметь состояние меньше $1 млрд».

В список попали представители кремлевской администрации, включая Дмитрия Пескова и Владислава Суркова, а также российские бизнесмены
В «кремлевский доклад», переданный конгрессу США, вошли имена 210 человек (.pdf), следует из документа, распространенного Минфином США. Ведомство обнародовало лишь фрагмент — незасекреченную его часть.
В обнародованной части содержится список из 210 фамилий, который поделен на четыре части: «Президентская администрация», «Кабинет министров», «Другие высокопоставленные политические лидеры» и «Олигархи».
Среди представителей президентской администрации, попавших в список, — пресс-секретарь президента России Дмитрий Песков, глава президентской администрации Антон Вайно, его первые заместители Алексей Громов и Сергей Кириенко, а также помощник президента Владислав Сурков. Всего в этом разделе 43 фамилии.
Согласно обнародованному списку всего в нем 114 чиновников и руководителей госкомпаний, а также 96 представителей бизнеса, которых Минфин США называет олигархами.

Минфин США опубликовал «кремлевский доклад» — списки российских высокопоставленных должностных лиц и «олигархов», которые потенциально могут стать целями новых санкций США. В него попали все федеральные министры во главе с Дмитрием Медведевым, главы госкомпаний и все фигуранты российского списка Forbes, состояние которых превышает или равно $1 млрд.

The Trump administration has listed scores of Russian businesspeople and senior officials identified for their “closeness to the Russian regime” and wealth, ignoring warnings not to do so by the Kremlin.

The inclusion of virtually the entire Russian leadership in the US Treasury’s ‘Kremlin List’ signals a de-facto breakdown of relations between the US and Russia, a top Russian Senator says.
“Formally our countries have relations, but including in the sanctions list almost all our country’s leadership means that those relations automatically break down,” First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov said.

US issues 'Putin list' of 210 top Russians but avoids more sanctions
The US has published a list of 114 Russian politicians and 96 oligarchs, some close to the president, as part of a sanctions law aimed at punishing Russia for meddling in the US election.
But the US said those named had not been hit with new sanctions.
Congress passed the sanctions law in August. President Donald Trump signed it while making his reservations clear.
Some of the named Russians are already sanctioned but any further moves would be likely to infuriate Moscow.

Under the US law, the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (Caatsa), the list had to be delivered by Monday and it was released about 10 minutes before midnight.
Analysts say the timing reflects Mr Trump's coolness towards the law and his opposition to the need to punish more Russians with sanctions.
The US Treasury document itself stresses: "It is not a sanctions list, and the inclusion of individuals or entities... does not and in no way should be interpreted to impose sanctions on those individuals or entities."
The BBC's Steve Rosenberg in Moscow says the list does not tell us anything we did not already know but for those on it not already under sanctions, there could be a worry that they may be targeted in the future.
